Amars was a client at BMW and joined to drive the growth of the agency. With 20 years of experience in automotive Product, Communications, and Sales, he leads the development on automotive accounts. A passionate innovator, he expertly connects the dots to deliver impact for our clients.

Emily has two decades of experience working across some of the best brands in the business. But she’s at her happiest giving vanilla brands a shot in the arm and working with clients who embrace the brave.

Helen brings the creative juice, 30 years of making things that inspire, make people feel and keep them coming back for more. Her ideas have helped transform brands and she loves nothing better than finding the big ideas that help clients stand out.

Product champion, come designer-maker (and baker) - problem solving is Sarah's jam. She loves the challenge of delivering best in class user experiences… and usually in an annoyingly upbeat fashion.

Lily is a bit of petrol head who loves working with automotive brands to build digital solutions that educate consumers and boost sales performance. She's worked with some of the best (JLR, Bentley, VW, BMW, INEOS), and knows the difference between a ladder frame and a monocoque chassis.

Toby loves understanding what makes people tick. It started in music production but didnt stop there. Working with Global brands (Sony music, Honda and IHG) he joined Juice to lead on driving engaging customer experiences for our clients and launching key digital platforms for BMW, MINI & Rolls Royce.

There isn't much about Tech that Manu doesn't know. His background in systems and networking means he has a unique perspective on clients needs. He codes, leads the team and makes a mean paella all with equal passion.

Oli is our Chief bread and cake baker. He does code and helps build web apps for our clients but only when we have enough cake.

Biju is the king of testing, with over 18 years experience in software testing and quality assurance, encompassing a wide range of knowledge and skill sets. Nothing gets past Biju, he always ensures that everything is running smoothly.

Rebecca heads up content production at Juice. She makes sure the ideas come alive and the process goes smoothly. And she has worked with some of the best brands in business wrangling crews, talent and creatives for the likes of Coca Cola, McLaren, IHG and BMW.

Dan takes content and makes it engaging. Be it social shorts, documentaries, or campaigns he makes the cuts that people love to watch.

Kelly leads our brand accounts team, helping them deliver brand launches, plan European campaigns and social content for Highland Spring, Dunlop, Cayman Islands and Uber boats. She brings her wealth of experience in CRM, digital and social from Persil, Vodafone and Nissan. And she always finds the fun in any project.

Blake brings the execution to the plan. With enthusiasm for creative and experience managing digital and print projects, he is our in-house plate spinner and localisation superstar, working effortlessly with local markets and the studio team to bring campaigns to life across Europe.

Our expert in digital design, Daniel believes digital experiences should be as satisfying as peeling plastic off a brand-new phone. He enjoys turning client’s everyday digital frustration into joyous clicks, pixel by pixel.

James is big on doing things efficiently and strives for pixel perfection. He has spent many years building beautiful and engaging user interfaces for all kinds of websites and applications.

Hywel will turn the scampiest of scamps into the fullest of fledged final designs. He has created stand designs, digital campaigns, OOH formats, storyboards and logos, for clients as varied as Highland Spring, Cayman Islands and INEOS.

Freya began her Juice journey as work experience and a runner for our shoots, we loved her so much we invited her to stay. Having recently graduated with a degree in drama, Freya has quickly transitioned from the world of scripts and stagecraft to the dynamic field of content management. Freya is now channelling her skillset into managing content for BMW, MINI and Omoda.

Helps brands kick off their journey with Juice, setting the foundation for brave and creative collaborations. With years of experience crafting standout campaigns for TV and social media, Alex has worked with high-profile clients such as Bupa, BMW, and the World Food Programme, ensuring their campaigns deliver results around the world.

Sabs went on loan to BMW as a client for a few years and is now back home. With a wealth of automotive experience, she’s able to approach challenges through a client lens and deliver impactful solutions. She’s fuelled by adding value, seeing results and raspberry jam doughnuts

With a background in education, Lynne has mastered the art of thinking on her feet and herding cats — skills that come in handy more often than you'd think in the business world. When she's not navigating the daily challenges at Juice HQ, you'll find her behind a drum kit, on the pickleball court, or bundled up on a freezing football pitch cheering on her two boys. Early mornings and cold sidelines are her happy place — especially when there's a game to win.

Izzy brings a client-side mindset and insider knowledge to her role as Account Executive, having previously worked at BMW UK. She understands the brand from the inside out and helps deliver seamless, impactful work at Juice - especially when powered by a good flat white.

Sam is a Product Owner with a past life in the kitchen. After a decade running an event catering business, he now channels that same energy into building digital products: keeping plates spinning, fires extinguished, and launches timed just right.
