The challenge
The JAECOO 5 is a new, premium, outdoor-inspired SUV from a brand determined to reset expectations in the category.
Following the success of our J5 product film, we were commissioned to create a TVC with one clear job: impress fast and build belief that OMODA JAECOO can deliver.
Momentum is already building, with JAECOO named ‘Brand of the Year’ in the Carwow Car of the Year Awards 2026—recognising its rapid rise and growing influence in the UK market.

Idea
We transformed the product message into a bold, consumer-first campaign that celebrates two things buyers care deeply about: versatility and a pet-friendly environment.
JAECOO needed a TVC that connected to the tone of the existing product films using the same dog theme while elevating it into an emotionally led story built for broad reach.
The Encounter:
A family’s dog meets the all-new JAECOO 5 for the first time and we experience the car through her eyes.
Our collie, Barbie, begins unsure. She isn’t convinced by the family’s new purchase, but curiosity takes over. Her inner monologue guides us through her shifting emotions as she investigates the SUV with tail-wagging focus from the bold front grille to the cabin experience and the expansive panoramic roof.
It’s practical. It’s versatile. And it passes the hardest test of all: the dog test.
Core message: Adventure ready. Dog approved.
